Summary of Alpha 3: (For newer users also see alpha2.txt)

Place this WSEMPIRE.EXE in the directory where you already have
WS Empire 1.02. This does everything 1.02 does, plus extras.
This alpha release is not intended to represent the final way
the map commands will work. The letters on the map representing
ships, land, planes, military and distribution should be replaced
by bitmap pictures in a later release. Also, can't print the Map
yet, help has many new holes, nukes are not parsed, and problems
when running as a deity.

Parsing Samples:
	map #2 | map
	map * | map
	bmap * | map
sect * | sect	(good for setting flag that you own the sector)
sect * ?des=m | sect	(highlights your mines)
	dump * | dump
cen * | cen	(dump really does all this)
	ship * | ship
	plane * | plane
	land * | land

.INI File
	[Sounds]
	Default=C:/windows/ding.wav
	Logon=
	Logoff=
	OnFlashMsg=
	OnInformMsg=

	[Macros]
	F1=dump * | dump	(Use <Ctrl> 1 )
	...
	F10=

Other Features:
- Use left-mouse-click on map hex to get a "tabbed" dialog box of
just about everything you might want to know about a sector. This
is only as current as the last "pipe" update you did. This includes
tons of sector info, view options, and lists of all your ships, land
  units, and planes.

- Use right-mouse-click on map hex to start a modeless dialog box
of basics on each sector. You can then click from sector to sector
to get the box to update (ie: dont have to close the box each time)
- When the option Right Button Close is set, you click the right button
to show the box, then click it again (anywhere) on the map to close
the box. Just a little different way of running this box.

- Adjusted some of the "Connect" progress messages due to confusion
  on slow PPP links.

- FINALLY!!! Accelerator keys to size the output listbox. Use the
CTRL key with an arrow key to change the listbox size.

- In the final form, I'll have several web pages listing:
	- latest release information.
	- sample screen shots viewable by web browsers.
	- sample .INI files, hints, tips, etc.
	- pointers to Empire information sites.
	- list of people who sent in ideas/feedback (Currently 14)
	- list of Toyware contributors (Currently 0)
	- My web page is currently blocked by our firewall until
          we're all set.

- Send me email as to how this is working for you! Only six people
  said anything about alpha 2.

Enjoy!
